Free Indian Wills Until March 8, 2021

The Department of Interior held it’s final advertised session yesterday, Thursday February 11, 2021, on the new proposed rules for the American Indian Probate Reform Act regulations.

In response to these proposed rules, my organization, the Stewards of Indigenous Resources Endowment, a grassroots non-profit 501(c)3 professional service corporation, will offer FREE WILLS now through March 8, 2021 – the deadline to comment on the proposed regulations.

Go to www.NativeWill.org to sign up and complete our online questionnaire and I will personally help you complete your Indian will. All questionnaires received by March 8, 2021 will be at not cost to you or your family.

The Indian Will is the best option to keep your tribal ancestral lands in your family and respond to the effects of the American Indian Probate Reform Act.
